Scope of Supply includes: Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Goods and Training of operators and providing Statutory Clearances (if any). Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location for carry-in warranty (to be established within 30 days of contract award if not present). Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support is required. Service and support centre must be available within 20 KM of consignee place. The bidder or OEM must have ISO 9001 certification. BIS LIC is required. Bidder's financial standing: should not be under liquidation, court receivership, or similar proceedings, and not bankrupt (undertaking required). Past Performance: Supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three Financial years to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. Experience Criteria: 2 years of past experience in supplying same/similar service/products to Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. Documents required include Not Blacklisted Certificate attested by Notary, Non-Disclosure Certificate attested by Notary, Income Tax and Sales Tax Clearance, and Company Registration Certificate (copy).
