Delivery and installation are required at HQ BEG & Centre, Roorkee. Bidder/OEM must have 3 years of experience supplying similar products to Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. Products must have a minimum of five years usable shelf life. The seller is required to print a logo as per the buyer's requirement. A functional service center must be available in the consignee's state (for carry-in warranty) or established within 30 days of contract award. A dedicated/toll-free telephone number for service support is mandatory. Inspection will be conducted by a Board of Officers, potentially pre-dispatch and certainly post-receipt at the consignee site. The bidder or OEM must possess ISO 9001 certification. Project experience criteria include a single order of at least 35% of the estimated bid value, or two orders of at least 20% each, or three orders of at least 15% each, executed in the preceding 3 financial years. The OEM's net worth must be positive as per the last audited financial statement.
