Evaluation method: Total value wise evaluation. Technical clarifications allowed for 2 days. Inspection is not required by Empanelled Inspection Authority. Bidder must have minimum average annual turnover of 4 Lakhs (last 3 years) and OEM turnover of 32 Lakhs (last 3 years). Required past experience for same/similar service is 3 years. Past performance requires supply of 80% of bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years. Warranty period is 1 year from final acceptance/installation. Bidder/OEM must have a functional service center in each consignee's state (establish within 30 days if not present), dedicated/toll-free service support, and provide an escalation matrix. The bidder or OEM must have ISO 9001 certification. Products offered must not be obsolete and have at least 2 years residual market life. Local content requirements: Minimum 50% for Class 1 and 20% for Class 2 Local Supplier for MT Spare 1-10. An advance sample must be approved by the buyer. Bidder must not be under liquidation, court receivership or bankrupt. Documents required for vendor code creation: PAN, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate.
